The Studio offers group and private sessions for Pilates, Yoga, and Aerial Dance, as well as bookings for special events and parties.


A lifetime of dedication to movement has lead Zoe to open her dream space. She is inspired by yoga, Pilates, and long walks in the woods. In 2011 she discovered a new love for fitness when she began pole, aerial, and fire dancing. She has competed and performed internationally, while continuing to expand her knowledge of mind-body balance and healthy living. Zoe wants to inspire people to be their best selves, and she hopes that The Studio Upstate will be your motivation to reach for the stars.

Laura's movement journey started with hiking, martial arts, and instructing cardio kickboxing. After becoming a member of The Studio she discovered a passion for pole dancing and Pilates. She is excited to be able to contribute to The Studio by providing members with conditioning classes that can be an integral part of any fitness routine.

In 2007 Sammy picked up a hula hoop and it changed her life forever. She started performing in 2008 in the Catskills with a band named Mazmyth and together they performed in small hole in the wall venues as well as big ones like Gramercy Theater in NYC and main stage at Bamboozle. Having spent many years studying yoga to help with her own alignment and posture, she loves to incorporate her permanence art with her teaching.

Maddie was first introduced to yoga by a family member when she was the age of four. It became a constant tool as she grew older. The mindset of creating mind/ body awareness and connection became the drive behind teaching yoga. In 2014 in she received her 200 hour yoga teacher training in vinyasa, hot yoga, ashtanga and gentle yoga. She has spent 8 years teaching all ages and many different classes. In 2021 she decided to pursue a 300 hour yoga teacher training and is gaining deeper knowledge on philosophy and anatomy.
500hr Yoga Teacher Training

Jessika is a teacher, choreographer, and international belly dancer. She trained in Venezuela at the National Pro Art Institute and has danced with companies such as Saida Bellydance and Amir Thaleb in Argentina. as well as Diva Darina in Ukraine. Jessika holds a degree in choreographic composition which inspired her to become the director of the Arabian Dance Studio Academy in 2009. She performs all over the world and enjoys traveling for seminars, workshops, and special live events!

Krystal has been practicing yoga for 20 years. She has guided group yoga and cardio fitness classes, and was a personal trainer for several years. She is a big believer that yoga and pilates, besides feeling good to practice, also sets the body up with a good foundation for all other physical activities. When she turned 40, Krystal decided to pick up surfing and figure skating. Her goal is to help students feel joy and strength in moving their body so they can continue practicing all the activities they love, no matter what age.
