Unlock your body's full potential in this targeted mobility class that focuses on techniques to relieve tight muscles and fascia, release deep tension, and correct imbalances in the body, with a blend of dynamic movements, static stretches, and active flexibility sequences. This class is designed for all abilities. Please bring a mat.
Cancellation Policy
Please be mindful of our 12 hour cancellation policy. If you do not attend class or you do not send a friend or family member in your place, your class will be forfeited. No exceptions.
