Reformer 2 will intensify your Pilates practice by adding more complex movements that build upon developed skills to flow through the specially curated sequences on the Reformer. This class is not for a beginner level student. *PREREQUISITES: Instructor approval required *Pilates grip socks are required for all Reformer classes. You may purchase your very own at The Studio for $15.
