Happy Hour

Service Description

This is an all-level class for 18+ individuals that focuses on low flow pole, floor work, and sensual movement. This is an opportunity to connect to the body, have fun, and feel empowered. To get Happy, please bring a yoga mat, KNEE PADS, and socks or heels.

Cancelation Policy

Please be mindful of our 12 hour cancellation policy. If you do not attend class or you do not send a friend or family member in your place, your class will be forfeited. No exceptions.
