Beginner class that focuses on cultivating strength, stamina, and confidence while using the aerial hammock for children and young adults ages 8-18. Dress in long pants and cover your midriff to avoid fabric burns. Do not apply lotion and remove your jewelry.

Please be mindful of our 12 hour cancellation policy. If you do not attend class or you do not send a friend or family member in your place, your class will be forfeited. No exceptions.
