Sculpt is a variation of our beloved Mat Pilates class with added reps, pulses, and resistance with props! This class is performed on the floor so please bring your own mat.

Please be mindful of our 12 hour cancellation policy. If you do not attend class or you do not send a friend or family member in your place, your class will be forfeited. No exceptions.
