Service Description

Investing in a private session is the best way to level up your skills. We are available for private/small group sessions to practice Pilates, aerial dance, and yoga. Please email thestudioupstateny@gmail.com to schedule your session.

Cancellation Policy

Please be mindful of our 12 hour cancellation policy. If you do not attend class or you do not send a friend or family member in your place, your class will be forfeited. No exceptions.
