This is an exploration of basework sequences and heels flow. A generous spine and hip warm up will be followed by conditioning work targeted at strengthening movement through our feet and ankles. We will use this strength to develop progressive, looping movements that can be interchanged for infinite patterns and stylistic possibilities. Emphasis of this class will be on waves, pirouettes, and base work, using refinement and balanced repetition. This class is best suited for folks who have some experience with pole dance. Platform heels are encouraged but not required. Socks, shoulder coverage and knee pads are strongly recommended! Prepayment directly to Michelle is required through Venmo (@Hazel_BonBon). No refunds are allowed but you may rollover your reservation to a friend if you are unable to attend. Enjoy one workshop for $40 or both workshops for $70!
Please be mindful of our 6 hour cancellation policy. If you do not attend class or you do not send a friend or family member in your place, your class will be forfeited. No exceptions.
