Service Description

Join Michele Medina on Saturday 12/3 at 3:30p for a 2 hour flexibility workshop. We will start with a warmup that focuses on the joints and core, then move on to hip and hamstring exercises, including front splits, middle splits, and straddles. Next, we'll focus on properly preparing for backbends with shoulder stretches and back activation exercises. Finally, we'll finish with a cool down consisting of exercises that neutralize the spine, as well as core exercises that support the back. This workshop will include partner adjustments to help participants understand their bodies better. Adjusters will also learn from the individuals they're adjusting. Michele Medina is dedicated to the practice of flexibility training, having amassed over 15 years of experience in this field. She brings a unique blend of techniques and insights to her teaching, drawing inspiration from a range of disciplines including ballet, gymnastics, and circus arts. Michele is highly personable, and her training sessions are designed to inspire, nourish, and rejuvenate both body and mind. *Registration begins November 18, 2023 *Advanced registration is required!
