Zoe began her health and fitness journey when she was introduced to yoga at an early age. The creative postures and focused meditation would later open the door to other expressions such as dance and competitive horseback riding. In 2011 she discovered a new love for movement when she began pole, aerial, and fire dancing. She has competed and performed internationally, while continuing to expand her knowledge of mind-body balance and healthy living. Zoe wants to inspire people to be their best selves, and she hopes that The Studio Upstate will be your motivation to reach for the stars.

Bridgit began her yoga practice over seven years ago as a way to rest and recover from long weekends at the hockey rink. Yoga quickly became an integral part of Bridgit's life when she discovered the mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of yoga, in addition to the physical benefits of the practice. Bridgit has also come to love pilates and aerial dance. It was an easy decision for her to become certified so that she could share her love for the practice and the group fitness community with others. She is very excited to begin teaching in Lake Placid in the community where she originally fell in love with yoga. In September of 2021, Bridgit will take her practice around the world when she moves to Scotland to get her Masters in International Relations at the University of Edinburgh.
